A NUT...errr...a NET (Newbie Educational Technologist) trying to learn how to "fly" in the world of educational technology.
Currently the target audience of tools for learning and understanding is secondary students including middle school and high school students. I am currently not a teacher of record, so specifying which subject matter is hard for me to pin down. With the two tools that I have learned greatly, I can say possibly middle school and high school students would find the these tools useful. As for my goal of my site, it is to acquire and understand educational tools that I can not only teach middle school and high students, but teachers too. Much like a carpenter learns how to use physical tools such as saws, screwdrivers, etc., I want to be do the same similarly and them to my "toolbox" for further use in building various projects such as assignments, lectures, and complete courses.
